As we got ready to launch the new smoked salt, I send some home with Jennifer to play around with.  Within an hour she sends me a message telling me about the quick dinner she whipped up.  Fresh pasta from the market and kale from the garden, combined with tomatoes, avocado oil and a little Parmesan cheese. Seeds have been started and planted.  This year we're going for pumpkins, peas, cucumbers, squashes and all sorts of herbs.  There's a lot of room in the beds this years, we just finished building more raised beds and can't wait to see what vegetables are successful.  Happy gardening!

I have been teaching culinary arts at a local high school since the beginning of the school year and we just started a new term.
