To figure out your most comfortable size, measure from ear to ear going around your nose. All horizontal measurements include elastic as well.

• Small size is 12 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
  
• Medium. is 14 inches wide and 5 inches tall.
  
• Large. is 15 inches wide and 6 1/2 inches tall.
